Latex repair cleaning wipes make it easy to prepare for repairs. Removes dirt, lubricants, shining products, and sanitizes the latex surface. This ensures a clean latex surface for maximum bonding strength from your Unrip patch.
Please note, repair cleaning wipes do not contain adhesive primer. You'll still need Unrip primer to ensure the strongest hold for your patch.

IMPORTANT
Latex repair cleaning wipes should only be used to clean a specific repair spot. DO NOT use these wipes to clean an entire latex garment. Heptane might weaken or damage rubber glues. These wipes are meant only for preparing the latex surface before applying an Unrip patch.
Instructions
- Please wear gloves while using cleaning wipe. Remove cleaning wipe from the package.
- Wipe the general area of clothing where you'll perform a repair. Make sure to wipe area within 2 minutes, heptane evaporates rapidly! The wipe will remove any dirt, shine, and lubricant from the latex, resulting in a matte finish.
- After cleaning the repair area, please wait 10 minutes for the heptane to dry. Note that heptane may cause temporary warping of the latex, but it will return to its normal state once completely dry.
- Once the heptane has fully dried, proceed with the Unrip repair steps.
